Dan is General Manager of Member Engagement and Innovation at TAL, one of Australia’s leading Life Insurance specialists, where he leads the Innovation team as well as Data Insights, Underwriting, and Member Engagement functions for the Group business.
Dan has been at the frontline of delivering business growth for over 15 years, and has developed and launched everything from digital payments technologies to smart home products, and insurance chat bots, and even founded some of his own businesses along the way. Dan is now focused on developing new products and services to engage members in their insurance and their health.
